Meet Jenna
Teaching the LSAT brings me joy. For over four years, I have worked with countless students to achieve success on the LSAT. Many of my students have gone on to attend top law schools such as Harvard and Yale, and many have received life-changing scholarships.
My own success on the LSAT was hard fought. I started prep testing in the 140s before eventually scoring a 172.
With the help of my LSAT tutor—and only after making tons of mistakes, repeatedly taking wrong turns, and hitting major stumbling blocks—I eventually learned to speak the LSAT’s language.
While studying law at NYU and throughout my successful, six-year career as a litigator, I found the skills I honed while preparing for the LSAT to be invaluable.
I am an accredited yoga and meditation teacher as well as a former lawyer. The years I spent studying yoga and meditation in India and around the world have significantly shaped my approach to tutoring. I believe that I could have alleviated much of the struggle I experienced during my LSAT preparation if I had access to holistic tools to support my physical and mental well-being and address my anxiety about the exam.
As a tutor, my aim isn't just test preparation; it's about cultivating mindfulness and building resilience. I provide you with the support and tools to manage stress, maintain a healthy mindset and grow through each challenge and set back. My style is friendly, easygoing, and compassionate, and I tailor my approach to your individual learning style.
There is much more to LSAT success than the “thinking” part! The LSAT is a practice. Studying for the LSAT reshapes your neural pathways, hones your pattern recognition and demands skill refinement over time. It also tests your stamina, self-confidence and willingness to make—and grow from—mistakes. Thousands of hours of LSAT tutoring experience have taught me that every student has the ability to improve their LSAT score. My hope is that the healthy habits we build together in preparing you for the LSAT can help to lay the foundation for your success well beyond the exam.
